There was nearly one thousand vitiligo patients presented to my clinic over the years.
They presented with various clinical subtypes including focal, segmental and vitiligo vulgaris and various durations.
Patients also presented at different stages including stable vitiligo, slow progression or unstable vitiligo.
Generally, it is difficult to collect statistics data for the therapeutic results of vitiligo mainly due to poor follow-up rate.
There are several reasons for that.
First, patients are from different places countrywide and worldwide;
therefore it is difficult for them to visit my clinic on schedule.
Second, the disease duration itself is very long and some patients are very anxious to see the immediate positive result and might seek other treatment alternatives before completion of a treatment course.
Third, patients lost follow up after their viltiligo resolved.
Despite difficulty of data collection, I have managed to collect a relatively complete record of 101 cases.
Here, I would like to share those cases with you.

However，facial regimentation occurred in the recent 2 years for unknown reason, which caused significantly negative cosmetic impact on patient.
After 10 months of depigmentation treatment, satisfactory depigmentation was achieved.
