Differential Diagnosis
A few types of either depigmented or hypopigmented skin disorders are easily confused with vitiligo.
They should be considered in the list of differential diagnosis for vitiligo.
For difficult cases, the final diagnosis should base on the clinical findings, laboratory results and sometime skin biopsy result.
